We will refund the full purchase price less shipping, no questions asked. 

Once Upon A Time will not replace, refund or provide our 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor will we honor our warranty for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized e-commerce sites on Ebay, Amazon and any other unauthorized e-commerce sites.
